Formawall is installed with concealed horizontal butyl sealants and vertical dry gaskets that maintain a clean exterior appearance. Traditional wet seal joinery found in multi-component wall systems can dry out over time requiring costly re-caulking or repairs. Formawall?s vented, rainscreen, pressure equalized joinery minimizes the need for cleaning and maintenance.

Wet seals typically cure to a gummy texture that attracts dirt stirred by passing vehicles or wind. When it rains, dirt stuck in the joints runs down the wall, staining your building, seeping into porous brick and precast surfaces, removable only with costly, wasteful cleaning treatments.
